Sip & Sign!™ is intentionally flexible. We've successfully designed the experience for boutiques, hotels, wineries, private clubs, airport lounges, destination retailers, lifestyle brands, and other hospitality spaces looking to offer guests something truly different.

Very little. Sip & Sign!™ can be adapted for intimate boutiques, hotel lounges, tasting rooms, club spaces, event venues, or larger hospitality environments. Every experience is customized to fit the character of your space.

75 minutes including a 15 minute gathering time and 60 minutes of immersive content and guest interaction.

Tolerated Encounters handles all ticketing procedures. Host venues are provided standardized brand and marketing assets to promote the event.

Host provide space, hospitality, and co-promotion of the event. Depending on the venue, hosts may also choose to offer beverages, food service, or retail opportunities that complement the experience. We'll work with you to determine the format that best fits your business.

Sip & Sign!™ scales comfortably from intimate gatherings of 20 guests to larger hosted experiences. Capacity is determined by the atmosphere you want to create and the layout of your venue.

We kindly request potential hosts provide a three month notice period. Repeat hosts are able to offer additional Sip & Sign!™ experiences with shorter lead times.

Yes. The experience can be tailored for client appreciation events, executive retreats, hospitality activations, destination marketing, private clubs, conferences, and other invitation-only gatherings.

Simply complete the Host Inquiry form. We'll schedule a conversation to learn about your venue, discuss your goals, and design an experience that fits your guests, your brand, and your business.

Once we receive your Host Intake Form, you will receive an Economic Impact Report specific to your setting and What You Can Expect. This will provide all information necessary for management approvals.
